Mrs. Ethel Ampiaw Kpodo | First Lady
Mrs. Ethel Buabemaa Ampiaw Kpodo is the wife of our head Pastor; Rev. Seth Senanu Kpodo. A devout born again Christian and woman of God, Ethel accepted God as her Lord and personal savior in 1981 and served as a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Ghana. She later joined ICGC in 1987.
Mrs. Kpodo has always used her voice to serve the Lord. She served as a singer in the Philharmonic choir until 2001, became the worship leader and later a member of the choir at ICGC Liberty Temple. Mrs. Kpodo has a diploma in Data Processing from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST); an Associate’s Degree with Cum Laude in Information Systems from Essex County College; a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Kean University. She graduated Cum Laude in both degrees. She is a Social worker with St. Vincent Healthcare & Rehab Center – an affiliate of St. Joseph Regional Medical Healthcare Systems in New Jersey.
In her capacity as the First lady, Mrs. O, as she is affectionately called, serves as the worship leader. She is an Advocate for Women & Children’s welfare within the church. She facilitates Marriage counselling services with her husband, Rev. Seth Senanu Kpodo.
